The (20th Annual) Connecticut Renaissance Faire 2018  is an annual Ren Fair in New England. This festival lasts for eight weekends late every Summer in Lebanon, CT.

Pros:

The event grounds were small, which meant you can get around easily.  There is easy access to facilities and the terrain has some “hills,” but it isn’t too bad.

The entertainment was very good too! The Graces are a comedy singing trio that are a must see…if you are an adult or teen. Not so much for the little ones. The Mystical Muses put on a show with belly dancing, hoop dancing, and balancing feats that were impressive.Finally, they have a pet contest! Everyone brought up their dogs (along with a few ferrets and rats) to be judged by the ladies from the Princess Story Time Show. All in all, a very good time for the price of admission.

Cons:

Not a whole lot wrong with the faire. Sure, the venue was small, and the entertainment choices were limited, but what they had was very good.

Recommendations:

It was well worth the time and money to attend. A welcome diversion in New England.
